Now is the season of Diwali , The most important Festival of the Year. We all feel tired after Diwali because we enjoy it with our heart and body , but it is important to take care of your body.
Diwali is a 5 day festival. Diwali is Celebrated without the matter of age gaps , in every Indian house. Everyone celebrate it with their whole family. We start it’s preparation even before it’s beginning . Schools , Collages and workplaces also give 6 – 7 days Holidays.
Indians clean their whole house , their workplace , Factories etc on the occasion of Diwali , Because it is believed that Goddess Lakshmi ( The Goddess of Money ) , only come to those places that are clean. There are other preparations also like decorating their houses , Inviting the relatives and go to their houses for wishing them “ Happy Diwali ” and so more.
All these works drain our energy from our body , that’s why we feel so much tired after the Diwali and we just want to rest. Diwali ends eventually and finally it is time to go work so it is a important thing to take care of yourself for the after things.
The Other Factors , Why we feel Tired ?
We all feel tired from workload and we overwork sometimes even without knowing it. Our body loses energy and we feel tired .Sometimes even if we do nothing we feel tired , Depressed , Sad. We all have a daily routine. On the holidays of Diwali we don’t follow our daily routine , So our body feel out of space and we feel tired.
- Preparations – Diwali preparation is a big task in itself. We do so many things on Diwali ( Shopping , Cleaning etc ). Our body work till it’s limits and we feel tired.
- Enjoyment – We enjoy Diwali with both , our hearts and body. Sometimes when we are enjoying ourselves , we forget about our limits and after that we feel tired.
- Over Eating – It is a festival of joy and happiness. There are so many varieties of food on the day of Diwali. We eat and forget about our health. By seeing others work we also feel tired.
- Sugar Consumption – There are sweets every where on the occasion of Diwali. We consume so much sugar then the daily basis and we feel tired.
- Pollution – On Diwali there is so much fireworks and firecracker . they weak our digestive system and breathing system. Living in a polluted environment don’t give us a healthy air to breath and we feel tired.
Tips to cure Tiredness –
- Proper and healthy Naps – You must have a good nap before returning to work. It helps your body to recharge and calm your mind. A Healthy nap should be take on daily basis also.
- Massage – When your body is aching , Nothing is good then a good and proper Massage . It give relief to your entire body .\
- Stay Hydrated – You should stay hydrated. It is a key point to stay awake and fresh . It also helps your skin to get smoother and clear.
- Eat well – You must have a proper diet with your breakfast , Lunch and dinner.
- Ginger – It helps to cure Headache , Cold . You can take it like Juice , Candy and also in tea.
- Curd – It Helps to get rid of alcohol hangover . but we should not take it with sugar , Because it is not effective when it is taken with sugar.
- Peppermint Oil – It has Menthol in it that helps our body to regulating Blood Circulation , Headaches and in so many other ways also.
