Twinkle’s special day has brought her many well wishes from her fans and loved ones, including her actor husband Akshay Kumar who earlier today went on his Instagram handle to share a heartfelt birthday note for his beloved ‘Tina’.

Twinkle Khanna, also known as Tina Jatin Khanna, is an author who was formerly an actress in the Indian film industry. She also works as a columnist and film producer among her other professional talents.
In the year, 2015 she published her very first non-fiction book named “Mrs Funnybones” which brought her a lot of fame as an author. Its success was so high that she ended up being the highest-selling women author in India that year.
The hit Bollywood movie “Pad Man” starring her husband Akshay Kumar was adapted from her second book which was a collection of short stories revolving around the life of social entrepreneur Arunachalam Muruganantham. The movie advocated normalising the topic of menstruation and fought against the taboos around it in society.
She also owns her own production company Mrs Funnybones Movies which was set up in the year 2016. In addition to this massive success, she also launched a bilingual digital media platform for women called “Tweak India” which supports numerous causes for the well-being of women.
