Atrocities committed during the INDIA and PAKISTAN Partition are being repeated in Bangladesh: CM Yogi

He said the opposition cares about votes but does not show solidarity with human suffering. He added: “After independence, they (the Congress) promoted the policy of divide and rule in the country. They ruled the country as the successors of the British. And India is paying the price. Our determination is what Maharishi Arvind talked about Pakistan. After independence, Maharishi Arvind said that in the spiritual world, Pakistan had no reality. Either it merges with India or Pakistan will disappear from history forever. He added that the atrocities committed during the partition are being repeated today in Bangladesh.

He added: “What happened in 1947 is now happening in Pakistan, in Bangladesh, formerly known as East Pakistan. At that time, 10 lakh Hindus were killed together and today the same arson, vandalism, looting and cruelty to the sisters and daughters. When will we learn from the mistakes made in history?

Our Duty to Protect Bangladesh Hindus in time of Distress : CM Yogi

Calling the opposition parties as “negative forces”, Yogi said that those who neither believe in Ram and Krishna nor respect Indian values keep a low profile whenever Hindus are persecuted in any part of the world.

Clashes Broke out Between Bangladesh Army Personnel and Bangladeshi Hindus

Earlier, minor clashes broke out on Tuesday between Bangladeshi military personnel and members of the Hindu minority who were protesting against posters of family members who had disappeared during the violence in the country.
Bangladesh is facing a political crisis, with Sheikh Hasina stepping down as Prime Minister on August 5 amid growing protests. The demonstrations, mostly by students demanding an end to the quota system for government jobs, turned into anti-government demonstrations.

Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus, Chief Minister of the District Government of Bangladesh, visited the Dakshwari Temple in Dhaka where he assured the minorities of Bangladesh about their safety and security in the country.
“Everyone has the same rights. We are all one nation and have the same rights, don’t discriminate between us. Please assist us. Be patient and judge later – what we did or didn’t do.  “If we don’t, blame us,” the Daily Star Bangladesh newspaper quoted Professor Yunus as saying.
