Indian Movies are ready to hit the theatres in January, 2024. After a full of entertaining December, Indian movies industries are lined up for releasing their movies in January, 2024.

1) Fighter:

Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor’s upcoming Bollywood movie Fighter are going to hit the theatres on 25 January, 2024. This action drama film is directed by Siddharth Anand who was the director of Pathaan and War. and produced by Viacom18 Studios. According to the director, this film is going to be the first film with aerial action sequences. Total budget of this film is Rs. 250 crores.

The story was based on Shamsher Pathania aka Patty (Hrithik Roshan) who join the the air force and with the help of Group leader Rakesh Jai Singh ( Anil Kapoor) and Squadron leader Minal Rathore “Minni” (Deepika Padukone), he fight against the enemies to save India. This film was announced in 2021 but due to COVID pandemic, shooting date postponed and now it will released in 2024 on Republic Day.

2) Kalki 2898 AD:

Nag Ashwin’s directed and written epic mythological – science fiction dystopian movie Kalki 2898 AD, produced by C. Aswani Dutt of Vyjayanthi Movies. With an ensemble star cast including Big B aka Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Hassan and Disha Patani, Dulquer Salmaan, Phlorick, Saswata Chatterjee, this film is ready to hit the theatres on 12th January, 2024. After Salaar, Kalki will be Prabhas new movie. In this film Kamal Hassan is going to portrait the character of Kali, Amitabh Bachchan is playing the role of Ashwatthama and Prabhas as Kalki.

This films budget is Rs. 600 crores and planned to released in 6 languages such as Hindi, Telugu, English, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada. The story of this film is about alcoholism. According to the sources, this film was named after epic character because the story of addiction of alcohol is also very old and destroy life and society if it increases that’s why they choose the lord Vishnu’s avatar Kalki in modern context.

3) Merry Christmas:

Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi’s Indian romance – thriller movie Merry Christmas is released in theatres on 5 January, 2024. Along with Kaif and Sethupathi, Radhika Apte, Ashwini Kalsekar also played a significant role in this film. Sriram Raghavan’s directed this film is going to reveal the faith on Christmas Eve when two strangers meet on this event in Mumbai and share a heartwarming romance but soon their relationship turns into a nightmare. This movie has shooted in two different languages -Hindi and Tamil. Sanjay Kapoor, Tinnu Anand, Pratima Kazmi and Vinay Pathak are casting for Hindi version and Gayathrie, Shanmugarajan are acting in Tamil version.

4) Main Atal Hoon:

Ravi Jadhav’s directed biography Main Atal Hoon is a biopic of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in which Pankaj Tripathi is playing the lead role. The poster of this film was released on Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s 98th birthday and this film is going to release on January 19, 2024. Along with Pankaj Tripathi, Paula McGlynn is playing the role of Sonia Gandhi in this film.

5) Guntur Kaaram:

Trivikram Srinivas’s directed action drama film Guntur Kaaram, starring Mahesh Babu is going to release on 13 January, 2024. Along with Mahesh Babu, Sreeleela, Jagapathi Babu, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Ramya Krishnan, Prakashraj, Jayaram and Sunil are also appearing in this film. After 12 years, Mahesh and Trivikram both are working together in this film tentatively named as SSMB28.

6) Lal Salaam:

Rajnikanth’s daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s directed film Lal Selaam is a sport drama film, starring Vishnu Vishal, Vignesh, Vikranth, Senthil, K. S. Ravikumar, Jeevitha and Nirosha. Rajnikanth and Kapil Dev are appearing as special characters in this film. This film is releasing on theatres on the fastival of Pongal in 2024.

7) Ruslaan:

Katyayan Shivpuri’s directed and KK Radhamohan’s produced movie Ruslaan is ready to hit the theatres on 12 January, 2024. Aayush Sharma, Sushrii Mishraa, Jagapathi Babu and Vidya Malavade are playing the lead role in this film. Along with India, this film has been shot in Azerbaijan. This film has an engaging storyline with lots of action which grabs the audiences attention when Aayush Sharma share the poster of this film where he is seeing with a gun.

8) Do Patti:

Do patti is a Netflix movie, directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi. Kajol and Kriti Sanon is playing the lead role in this film and along with them Mahabharata famed TV actor Shaheer Sheikh is also played supporting role in this film. This mystery thriller film is based on a story, situated in the hills of North India. This film is made by Kriti’s production Kathha Pictures and Blue Butterfly Films. This film is streaming on Netflix from January, 2024.

9) The Diplomat:

John Ibrahim, Sharib Hashmi, Kumud Mishra and Sadia Khateeb’s film The diplomat is releasing on theatres on January 11, 2024. The diplomat is a thriller movie with lots of suspense, based on a true geo- political story. This film is directed by Shivam Nair, based on a diplomat who does to Pakistan to save an Indian girl who is forcing to get married against her will. The budget of this film is 35 crores.

10) Tauba Tera Jalwa:

After Gadar 2, Ameesha Patel’s upcoming movie Tauba Tera Jalwa is releasing on 5th January, 2024. Including Ameesha, Angela Krishlinzki, Jatin Khurana, Rajesh Sharma, Neeraj Sood and Anil Rastogi are also starring in this film. This film is situated on Uttar Pradesh, based on a woman named Romi Tyagi, a real estate tycoon who meet sweet girl named Rinku, believe in fairy tale and that’s how the story goes.
