According to reports, actor Christian was travelling with his two daughters by flying from F Mitchell Airport. He was on his way to Saint Lucia. Shortly after take off from the airport, the plane experienced a mechanical problem. The plane then crashed into water near the Caribbean island of Bequia.
As soon as the plane fell into the sea, fishermen and divers also jumped in and started a search operation for the actor and his two daughters. Christian Oliver and his two daughters were taken out, but they were dead. The rescue was not done until the diver arrived at the scene. The actor, his two daughters and the pilot were found dead.
A witness can be heard saying, ‘The plane has crashed – call the Coast Guard. Fishermen and divers rushed to the spot but despite their efforts no one could be saved. The bodies of 4 people including pilot Robert Sack have been recovered.
