Actress Katrina Kaif has recently completed 20 years in Bollywood and hubby Vicky Kaushal is more than proud of his partner for her achievement. He calls his wife a go-getter and a fighter. Vicky also highlights how his life changed after his marriage and he could not be more happy about it.
The Bollywood actor in a recent interview speaks about how his personal life underwent many positive changes after his marriage to actress Katrina Kaif. The British actress did not have a smooth start during the start of her career in 2003 with Boom. Later her career saw success as she starred opposite Salman Khan in David Dhawan’s romantic comedy Maine Pyaar Kyu Kiya.
The actress later did Humko Deewana Kar Gaye with Akshay Kumar in 2006. The pair have acted in many films together like Welcome, Singh is Kinng, De Dana Dan, Tees Maar Khan, and Sooryvanshi. Their onscreen chemistry was loved by many. She later went on to give many more hits in Bollywood and has now completed 20 years in this journey.
Vicky Kaushal calls Katrina his inspiration
In a recent interview with The Indian Express, the actor spoke about his personal and family life and how things took a turn after his marriage to Katrina. The actor says that she is an inspiration and has molded him as a person post-marriage.
The actor says that he got to know her more as a human after their marriage and calls her a real fighter especially when things aren’t going in their favour. He has learnt a lot from her and these things truly inspire him to be better.
The actor also highlighted how different their approaches are calling himself the chill, easygoing individual whereas Katrina is known for her hard work, perfection, and determination. Vicky further added, “ My mindset is very different. I am more of a chiller. I am like,’ Relax, ho jaega,’ but she is like a fighter. She goes for it; she attacks it.” The actor praises her on how well she has adapted to the things and achieved for herself calling her a star.
Katrina Kaifs’ upcoming projects
Katrina Kaif was last seen in Bhoot Police which was a horror/comedy. The actress will be next seen in the highly anticipated Tiger 3 directed by Maneesh Sharma and presented by Yash Raj Films. The film will be the next important chapter in YRF’s Spy Universe and Katrina Kaif is all set to be a part of it.
The actress will also be seen alongside South star Vijay Sethupati. The film also has Sanjay Kaapoor and Vinay Pathak in lead roles. The crime/thriller directed by Sriram Raghavan will be released on 15 December 2023.
Vicky Kaushal’s upcoming projects
The actor was last seen in The Great Indian Family, a comedy/drama film that was recently released and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. Next up is Sam Bahadur which is based on the life of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. The film is directed by Meghna Gulzar and is scheduled to release on 1 December 2023.
The actor will also star in Shah Rukh Khans Dunki directed by Rajkumar Hirani which is expected to be released by the end of December.
