As India prepares to honor the age-old discipline of yoga on a worldwide level, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will preside over the main International Yoga Day celebration in Srinagar on June 21. The topic for this year is “Yoga for Self and Society,” which emphasizes how vital it is to include yoga in all facets of life for the wellbeing of both individuals and communities.
The Prime Minister will attend the main ceremony in Srinagar, according to Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary of the Ministry of Ayush. Furthermore, at all district headquarters, the Jammu and Kashmir government is concurrently hosting yoga classes.

“It is crucial that we reaffirm our dedication to incorporating yoga into our lives and inspiring others to do the same as we get closer to this year’s Yoga Day. PM Modi stated, “Yoga provides a haven of peace, empowering us to face life’s obstacles with composure and strength.
